🌟The Stratford Artists Takeover Show 4.0! 🌟

🎉 On June 5th, Matilda Gallery & Art Bar will once again be transformed into a celebration of Stratford’s creative community, featuring works by more than 50 Stratford artists in the second largest SAT exhibition since the very first takeover.

🥂 We're also celebrating THREE YEARS of Matilda Gallery & Art Bar that night! Expect special birthday art deals and an endless amount of colour!

🗓 Opening Night: Friday, June 5 | 5:30PM
📍 85 Downie Street, Stratford ON

Over 50 incredible Stratford artists will be showcasing original works 💥

🎨 PLUS: Be among the first to experience the second installment to Adam VanderHeide's "Art Warriors Save Stratford". An abstract fantasy-inspired body of work rooted in comic book imagery and contemporary conversations surrounding creativity and AI. Created through layered mixed media on hand-prepared wood panels, the series imagines Stratford as the setting for a battle between artistic expression and invading AI forces, celebrating the enduring importance of the creative process and the artist’s hand.

What an incredible day we had yesterday celebrating our first in Stratford. Thank you so much to the talented and fabulous authors, generous and thoughtful readers and a supportive and positive community. We love you all ❤️ thank you for showing up for us again and again. We’re so lucky. What a day! What a year!! And thank you to the awesome Leah and Lauren and Matilda for making the day as awesome as you all are.
