A New Chapter for Women’s Work Festival
As we enter a new chapter for Women’s Work Festival, we would like to take a moment to celebrate and thank Ana Pitol for her incredible work and leadership over the past two years.
Under Ana’s guidance, Women’s Work Festival grew both as an organization and as a platform for artists and audiences. Her vision, dedication, and leadership helped us expand our reach, strengthen our programming, and create new opportunities for connection and collaboration within our community.
We are deeply grateful for everything Ana has contributed to the organization and for the foundation she has helped build. We wish her all the very best in her next chapter and are excited to see where her work takes her.
At the same time, we are thrilled to welcome Ana Luísa Ramos as the new Artistic Producer of Women’s Work Festival.
Ana Luísa is a multidisciplinary artist and arts worker based in St. John’s, with extensive experience as a musician, educator, producer, and arts administrator. She has been part of the Women’s Work Festival community as a board member and is now stepping into the role of Artistic Producer, bringing her experience, perspective, and passion for supporting artists and creating meaningful cultural experiences to the position.
We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to grow Women’s Work Festival, amplify diverse voices, and create space for artists and audiences to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the arts.
Please join us in thanking Ana Pitol for her leadership and welcoming Ana Luísa Ramos to her new role!
