We have access to The Southampton Golf & Country Club’s Hampton Hall dining room, it’s outside spaces and their new meeting room!

And if you’ve been to wedding in Grey Bruce, whether it was outdoors or at an area wedding venue chances are it was catered by Chef Tim Panchyshyn.
Chef Tim has vast experience in creating high quality culinary events throughout Grey-Bruce.

Chef Tim is the Manager and Chef of Hampton Hall Catering and is well known throughout Grey-Bruce as the original owner of the highly popular and highly rated Green Door Cafe in Wiarton.

We want to say “Congratulations!” to all couples recently engaged over Christmas holidays. We have some dates left available for 2026 and we are booking into 2027 as well.

We offer an on-site venue at The Southampton Golf & Country Club’s own dining room Hampton Hall.

For Chef Tim Panchyshyn his love of food made with quality ingredients and serving high calibre meals and helping to create memorable events began as a summer job as a young teen in a local kitchen.

Taught and trained by the best under Dutch chef Steve Naggy and Chef Gerald Boomer Chef Tim continues to upgrade his skills and continues to create innovative menus and include his creative presentation skills for unforgettable memories for weddings, special events and corporate affairs.

Tim’s experience and innovation combined with his experienced team make for a top rated catering experience. And Chef Tim can supply you with the highly rated references to prove it!
