Hello everyone!!
Time once again to highlight the local businesses who have taken the time to sponsor Groovesfest!! Your donations are helping us to put on a GREAT show and raise money(through silent auction and 50/50) for a wonderful local organization.

While we continue to plan our groovy event, we would like to start highlighting the businesses around the community who have helped make the 4th edition of Lennoxville Groovesfest possible!
A HUGE thank you to the store that keeps our community fed - MAXI! Their generous donation has helped solidify the plans for our event.

A second huge thank you to OSTEPATHIE LENNOXVILLE for their amazing donation; which has helped greatly in boosting us towards another amazing year!

We would also like to extend a third BIG thank you to the GOLDEN LION PUB for donating towards this wonderful community experience.
These businesses - and many more - have not only improved our community in their own special ways, they have done what they could to ensure our community continues to thrive in such a fun, positive way.

Alors que nous continuons à préparer notre événement exceptionnel, nous souhaitons profiter de cette occasion pour mettre en lumière les entreprises locales qui ont contribué à la réussite de la 4e édition du Lennoxville Groovesfest !

Heya folks!

Groovesfest planning is well underway! We are almost confirmed on our lineup! We are proud to announce that all the proceeds raised at the event will be donated to the A.N.A.F. Unit #318 (a.k.a. "The Hut") ! They are a local community organization who does the best they can to support the local veterans!

Currently... we've reached a stand still and we are still looking for community partners to help us put on this marvellous event! Included in this post is our "Sponsorship Benefits Program" There you will find all the perks and benefits to partnering up with us! This is an amazing community event and we'd love to have as many community members and businesses as possible!

Don't want to partner up, but still interested in helping! If you are a business/artisan who has a few products they would like to offer towards our silent auction! These donations would be greatly appreciated as all the proceeds raised from the silent auction and 50/50 will be donated to "The Hut"

LASTLY, we have tables available for vendors/artisans who would love to show off their products or services to a whole new mass of people! Spots (Tables) are 50$ for the day!

La planification du Groovesfest va bon train ! Notre programmation est presque confirmée ! Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer que tous les profits amassés lors de l’événement seront remis à l’A.N.A.F. Unité #318 (mieux connue sous le nom de « The Hut ») ! C’est un organisme local qui se dévoue corps et âme pour soutenir nos vétérans de la région.

Actuellement... nous avons atteint un certain plateau et nous sommes toujours à la recherche de partenaires communautaires pour nous aider à réaliser ce merveilleux événement ! Vous trouverez joint à cette publication notre « Programme d'avantages pour les commanditaires ». Vous y découvrirez tous les privilèges et bénéfices liés à un partenariat avec nous ! C’est un événement communautaire incroyable et nous aimerions compter sur le plus grand nombre de membres et d'entreprises locales possible !

Vous ne voulez pas devenir partenaire, mais vous souhaitez tout de même donner un coup de main ? Si vous êtes une entreprise ou un artisan et que vous avez quelques produits que vous aimeriez offrir pour notre encan silencieux, vos dons seraient grandement appréciés ! Tous les profits de l’encan et du 50/50 seront versés à « The Hut ».

new this year!

due to the increased number of attendees last year and as a way to continue to bring everyone, young and old, together... this year we have a "kids corner"! coordinated by some of the wonderful youth volunteers from the Lennoxville Youth Center. in addition we will have a facepainter set up near the kids corner for a few hours.
We will also be welcoming Pat from Pats Pet Show to educate and showcase some of his exotic pets!

Its gearing up to be a good one!

Nouveauté cette année !

En raison du nombre accru de participants l'an dernier et afin de continuer à rassembler petits et grands, nous avons créé cette année un « coin enfants » ! Coordonné par de formidables jeunes bénévoles du Centre de jeunesse de Lennoxville. De plus, une maquilleuse sera présente à proximité du coin enfants pendant quelques heures.

Nous aurons également le plaisir d'accueillir Pat de Pats Pet Show, qui viendra présenter ses animaux exotiques et partager ses connaissances avec le public !

Ça promet d'être un super événement !

Wow just wow!! What an amazing day yesterday was! First and foremost thanks to all of YOU who braved the heat and came out to support the community!
Not only did we raise almost 600$ for the Hut, but we broke our attendance record from last year, we had more vendors, more bands, and more fun! It was a smashing success!!! Thank you to the bands HiddenWare 19 Stone Los Quebelocos Jon MacAulay Kevin Groves Jeff Coates , my boys in Local Yokels! My better half of Bagtag! Thanks to Jean Rousseau for the sound!
Thanks to our sponsors Entreprendre Sherbrooke Ryan Mackeage (ERM) Manoir St-Francis , Lavpro Estrie thanks to Explore Lennox for their promotion as well! Thanks to Kathy Rublee for being no #2 in command for Groovesfest! Thanks to Corey on the grill! And thank you to all the businesses and vendors who came as well! Wow, juste wow !! Quelle journée incroyable hier ! Tout d'abord, merci à tous ceux qui ont bravé la chaleur et sont venus soutenir la communauté !
Non seulement nous avons collecté près de 600 $ pour la cabane, mais nous avons battu notre record de fréquentation de l'année dernière, nous avons eu plus de vendeurs, plus de groupes, et plus de plaisir ! 🎶Tomorrow is the day!! 🎶

Lennoxville Groovesfest starts at 1:30 p.m. and Bagtag arrives on stage at 1:45 p.m. (debut performance)

🛑🛑 Some final reminders 🛑🛑

It's a BYOB event! Bring your coolers and drinks as no alcoholic beverages will be sold on the site! No glass bottles please!

It will be hot, so be sure to bring plenty of water! 🔥🥵

Water, corn on the cob, hotdogs and a variety of other refreshments will be on sale at our food and drink station! All profits from food and drink sales are intended to finance this event for years to come!!

Tents will be placed all around the site to provide some much needed shade tomorrow!!

This event is primarily a cash event! With ATMs located within walking distance of the site!

No need to fear the heat!
Let's beat the heat with a good time grooovy!!!

- C'est un événement BYOB ! Apportez vos glacières et vos boissons car aucune boisson alcoolisée ne sera vendue sur place ! Pas de bouteille en verre s'il vous plaît !

Ce sera chaud, alors assurez-vous d'apporter beaucoup d'eau ! 🔥🥵

De l'eau, maïs en épi, hot-dogs, et une variété d'autres rafraîchissements seront en vente à notre station de restauration et de boissons !
Tous les bénéfices des ventes de produits alimentaires et de boissons sont destinés au financement de cet événement pour les années à venir !!

Des tentes seront placées tout autour du site pour fournir un peu d'ombre nécessaire demain aussi !

Cet événement est avant tout un événement en espèces! Avec des guichets automatiques situés à distance de marche du site!

Pas besoin de craindre la chaleur !
Vainquons la chaleur avec un bon moment grooovy !!!
