Still smiling from Saturday 💛

Our very first Inspire Yoga Fest was nothing short of magical — and it’s all thanks to YOU. Your energy, your kindness, your beautiful smiling faces… it filled the beach and our hearts.

We’re so grateful you showed up with open hearts and helped create something truly special. The ripple was real — and we felt it in every hug, every breath, every shared moment.

Huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers, instructors, supporters, and to Parlee Beach — this day wouldn’t have been possible without you.

Let’s keep it going, one good deed at a time.

TOMORROW’S THE DAY!! 💛

Inspire Yoga Fest is finally here and we are SO excited!! Get ready for a full day of high vibes, positivity, and love — it’s going to be magic. ✨

This is a pay-it-forward event, so expect to feel the kindness ripple all around you — in every smile, every class, every connection. 💫

Kindness comes in all forms — your pay-it-forward can be as simple as a smile, a kind word, or lending a hand.

If you’d like to support a cause, we’ll be collecting donations for the IWK, and Vestiaire St. Joseph will be on site accepting non-perishable food items. However you choose to pay it forward, it all adds to the ripple of good vibes. ✨

We’ve got classes running all day long — you can sign up for one, or spend the whole day with us. Check out the full lineup of amazing instructors and offerings on my website! (link in bio)

Teena and I have poured so much heart into this day, and we’re feeling so grateful for YOU, this beautiful community, and our incredible team of volunteers. We truly couldn’t have done this without you. 💛

✨ Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat or beach towel, and bring your friends too — it’s going to be such a fun day.

Please arrive early to park (free before 9am + after 4pm!) and find us on the far left end of the beach — you’ll see the signs!
