Looking for volunteers for the BCRA Polaris Booth
We are looking for a few people who would be willing to take a couple of shifts at the BCRA Polaris booth during the Williams Lake Stampede this weekend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you’re able to commit a decent amount of time, compensation can be provided.

Bella Coola call back is Tuesday, Anahim call in is Wednesday.

Friendly (and important!!!) reminders from your neighbourhood office lady -

Buddy groups: please remember that if you are travelling with someone and you are trying to be in the same performance, etc., enter together! The system bases the draw off of the way you guys are entered, I cannot accommodate comment requests. Also those of you entering in multiple groups- you do lose all priority if you are entered in multiple groups, which means the people you are entered with lose it too.

If you are using priority points: the whole group has to be entered in the same rodeos to use the priority points.

I know reading the rule book is like reading the dictionary, but it is YOUR responsibility to know the rules!

Call backs for Princeton are Tuesday, call ins for PG are Wednesday and online opens for Bella Coola Friday!!

Apologies for anyone that was trying to call the office today - we are back up and running as normal!!

Friendly reminder for our barrel racers- if you are the first two barrel racers of the weekend draws you are required to help measure the pattern. This is in the rule book and is attached to a fine!

Please remember that we do check your priorities when doing the draw. If you are unsure of how they work please check your rulebooks or check out the website here:

Princeton entries open online tomorrow at 8am.

There are two slack options! Saturday slack is timed events MINUS barrels, Sunday is slack for BARRELS ONLY.
Roughstock is 2 separate entries, Saturday and Sunday.

Please pay attention to your priority and buddy groups with the separate roughstock days and slacks, and use the comment box for clarity!
