Our little Jelly Bean had an 'episode' on Tuesday night. It started with throwing up a little bit of frothy bile, meow crying like we've never heard and then panting along with seizure like movements. It was pretty scary for Ethan who is such a good cat man and very worrisome for me. We remained calm and just gave her love, quietness and available water. And with time she made a pretty good recovery. If it continued or gotten worse.... off to the emerge vet we would have gone. The importance of knowing your pet. 💕🥰❤ Happy Friday everyone!! #

Many months ago Ethan accidentally knocked over button Boba Fett, breaking the glass background it was laid on. I managed to salvage all the button bits and finally decided to get around to gluing it back together. Taking it a step further, I have decided to finally fill in a background. Now i am just watching glue dry until I decide what sort of finish to finally put on the frame. Happy first day of the new year everyone!!

End of year sale and clearance

My original mosaics have been created with recycled materials incorporating such items as stained glass, broken china, tiles, river rock, scrap mirror and other found or reclaimed objects. The base for the majority of my Creations are repurposed sample kitchen cupboard doors. The small imperfections inherent and reusing and restoring materials enhance the uniqueness of each piece. My hope is that each person who purchases something from me will enjoy their art as much as I took pleasure in creating it.

DuFour U Construction owner Joe Dufour requested a small batch of buttons for his business promotions. I did a small tweak to increase the font on his contact number. I think they turned out great!

Our quick trip to St. Walburg started with a 4:30 wake up & road by 5:30am.
LONG drive, fast set up and sadly.....rather slow day! :(
The promised 3,000 - 6,000 people was barely 3,000 at best. Crowds were decent but most lookers... who of course were friendly & entertaining! :) Sales were decent but stellar would have made for a much happier return drive home. Becky & I turned lemons into lemonade with lively conversation, some crazy song singing & a fast supper stop in North Battleford. Thanks Rebekka for being a great copilot on our latest Thelma & Louise adventure!
