Participants of YOGA at the LAKE and the Annual Balance Festival express deep gratitude for the vibrant energy, connection and sense of community experienced during the weekly yoga classes and the Annual Balance Festival!

Thank you to all the teachers and guides who share your time and talent with our community.

Remember we have YOGA at the LAKE every Monday night at 6 in the Rockwood Park Interpretation Centre.

The 7th Annual Balance Festival will be held at Lily Lake Pavilion on September 12 & 13.
