A big thank you again to everyone who came out to support our Because We Care comedy fundraiser. All proceeds from the event ensure that the Ronald McDonald Family Room is well stocked and prepared to help families in need. A huge shout out as well to the doctors and nurses at the hospital who took great care of Festival Director David Green's daughter Chloe today for her tonsilectomy. She is currently recovering well with popsicles (the second best medicine 😀)

Our Grassroots Comedy Course students have been hard at work over the past 6 weeks putting together their sets for the Grassroots Comedy Showcase! 💪

We can't wait to introduce the exciting new talent to the stage for a great night of laughs co-hosted by David Green and Jimmy England. 🎤

We'll also be featuring a special performance from Grassroots Comedy Contest 2026 champion Trevor Cu***ng! 🏆

Then as if that wasn't enough laughs, we have hilarious headliner Gee Gethiga closing things out with a bang! 👊
