Le Woodstock en Beauce a bâti sa bonne réputation grâce à l’ambiance de paix qui lui vaut son célèbre slogan de «du fun en paix » et aussi grâce à la qualité et à la renommée des artistes invités chaque année. En 2013, le festival se place sous la protection de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité dû a un désistement d'un partenaire important. les principaux créanciers sont les administrateurs qui ont endossé les pertes financières
Après la 20e édition de l'événement en 2014, le comité organisateur publie un communiqué de presse indiquant une suite en 2015. Cependant, quelques mois après le communiqué, il est annoncé que le festival tire sa révérence ce qui fait réagir plusieurs internautes. Une pétition [archive] est mise en ligne sur le site web AVAAZ qui récolte pas moins de 4 800 signatures. À la suite de cette pétition, les choses se remettent en place, le départ de certain organisateurs amène du sang neuf et une nouvelle équipe reprend le flambeau et concocte une édition 2015 ou les spectacles sont présentés dans la Grange et sur écran géant à l'extérieur. Plusieurs milliers de spectateurs s'y présentent. Le comité organisateur annonce la poursuite de la nouvelle formule pour l'année 2016, du 30 juin au 3 juillet.
À l'occasion du 25e anniversaire de l'événement Woodstock en Beauce, Sir Michael Lang, le cofondateur du festival de Woodstock en 1969 était sur les terres de Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce où il donna sa dernière conférence avant de s'éteindre en janvier 20221. Mais, la confusion à la suite de l'annulation du 50e anniversaire du WOODSTOCK 1969 et l'absence du directeur de la programmation de l'évènement a créé la confusion et une baisse d'achalandage importante et 3 groupes n'ont pas reçu la totalité de leur cachet et l'organisation parle alors d'une situation exceptionnelle. La crise du covid 19 a causé l'annulation des éditions 2020, 2021 et 2022. Le retour de l'évènement est prévu pour le 7, 8 et 9 septembre 2023. La suite est le 30, 31 Aout et 1er septembre 2024

Shows are presented during the day and continue until late at night. All festival-goers are invited to sleep on the site since it is designed to accommodate thousands of campers. Woodstock en Beauce has built its good reputation thanks to the peaceful atmosphere which has earned it its famous slogan of “fun in peace” and also thanks to the quality and reputation of the artists invited each year. In 2005, 78,000 people attended the shows presented. In 2013, the festival placed itself under the protection of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act due to the withdrawal of a major partner. the main creditors are the directors who shouldered the financial losses
After the 20th edition of the event in 2014, the organizing committee published a press release indicating a continuation in 2015. However, a few months after the press release, it was announced that the festival was bowing out, which caused several Internet users to react. A petition [archive] is posted online on the AVAAZ website which collects no less than 4,800 signatures. Following this petition, things are getting back in place, the departure of certain organizers brings new blood and a new team takes up the torch and concocts a 2015 edition where the shows are presented in the Grange and on a giant screen at the outside. Several thousand spectators attend. The organizing committee announces the continuation of the new formula for the year 2016, from June 30 to July 3. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Woodstock event in Beauce, Sir Michael Lang, the co-founder of the Woodstock festival in 1969, was on the grounds of Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce where he gave his last lecture before passing away in January 20221.
