Ticket sales for the RCMP Musical Ride shows are now open. These shows may sell out quickly - so don't miss out on this wonderful community event!

EVENT DETAILS: This is an outdoor event with seating in uncovered bleachers. Seating is general seating and not reserved specific seats.

There will be limited viewing areas which are accessible for wheelchairs and lower level bleacher seating for persons who have mobility challenges. To reserve one of these seats please ensure you purchase Accessible Seating tickets as we have limited accessible viewing areas due to the nature of our grounds.

☀️ Behind the scenes at the Saanich Fairgrounds!

The Fair may still be a few months away, but there’s already plenty happening around the grounds. From cleanup and painting projects to landscaping and hauling mulch in the sunshine - the work to keep the grounds looking their best never really stops.

Turns out “getting ready for the Fair” involves a surprising amount of raking…. and an impressive quantity of mulch. 😄 We’re calling this “outdoor gym membership” season. 💪🌞

While most people see the Fair come to life over Labour Day weekend, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes long before the gates open. We’re lucky to have a hardworking and fun team helping keep the grounds and buildings ready for the many events, markets, shows, and community gatherings that happen here year-round. If you are stopping by, give them a friendly wave!
