📢 Help us save the iconic, beloved, and slightly chaotic Ping Pong Ball Drop! 📢

Our festival committee has shrunk in numbers and we desperately need volunteers to help ensure that the festival’s favourite events can still happen. The more volunteers we get, the more events we can add to our schedule!

Not sure what volunteering involves? It can range from helping organize and run an event to simply offering an hour or two of your time during the festival.

We always joke that the hardest part of organizing the festival is finding volunteers… but unfortunately, it’s true. 😅

A few of our festival committee members had the honour of presenting the Small Town Kids Daycare with a cheque for $2,875 - funds raised from this year’s Saturday fundraising supper! We’re so proud to support such a vital part of our community and grateful to everyone who helped make this possible.

🙌🏻 The Wi-Fi has been UPGRADED at the arena grounds and it’s ready to roll just in time for the festival! Everyone can now enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the grounds. Look for a poster - like the one in the picture, and scan the QR code with your phone to join!

✨Vendors – A private, secure channel for POS systems is available to keep your sales running smoothly. Just swing by the Welcome Booth for access details if needed.

✨While this upgrade allows vendors to accept debit/credit, it’s always a good idea to still bring cash to the festival! Some vendors may be cash only, and the Saturday fundraiser supper is also cash only!

⚠️PARKING INFORMATION⚠️
We get it… a free pancake breakfast by the RCU can make people do wild things! But before you rush to be first in line, let’s keep our parking manners on the menu too! 🚗✨

✅ Park in a real spot (not by pylons, walkways, or in some location you invented). We promise there’s no award for the most creative parking spot!!
✅ If you’re along the driveway — make it angled parking and FULLY on the grass, not the gravel.
🚦 Keep the driveway clear for TWO-WAY traffic so we don’t end up with a car jam… and so emergency vehicles can get through if needed!

TODAY!!! The Wild Robot will be featured at the “Movie in the Park” event put on by

📍Westfield Community Park

Remember to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on! There will be free drinks and popcorn (while supplies last) as well as nachos and other food items available for purchase at the concession stand. See you there! 🍿
