Early summer settles gently over the farm, bringing golden light across the fields and a quiet sense of anticipation in the air. We are so pleased to welcome you for our June Open Doors on Thursday, June 25th from 6pm to 8pm at Barn Swallow Fields at Thatcher Farms.

This is an evening meant for wandering, breathing in the fresh country air, and taking your time as you explore the property at your own pace. Whether you are newly engaged and envisioning your 2027 or 2028 wedding, or planning a 2026 celebration of any kind, this is a beautiful opportunity to picture your day unfolding in a space rooted in natural charm and timeless elegance.

We are especially delighted to share that our culinary partners will be joining us for the evening. Indulge Natural & Organic Catering and Gilt Catering Co. will be on site offering thoughtfully prepared samples, giving you a small taste of the flavours and creativity they bring to celebrations here at the farm. It is a lovely opportunity to savour a bite, explore their style, and imagine how their menus could complement your own event.

Throughout the evening, our team will be present to welcome you, answer questions, and share guidance as you explore what is possible within our space.

This is a self guided experience, thoughtfully designed to give you two unhurried hours to wander through the barn and surrounding spaces at your own pace. Take photos, linger in the places that speak to you, and begin to envision each moment of your event coming to life. Our team will be warmly present throughout the evening, ready to answer questions and offer guidance whenever you need it.
Stroll hand in hand through lush green space as the sun begins to dip, casting that soft evening glow across the farm. Picture your ceremony set against rolling fields, then wander toward The Bin Bar along the wrap-around patio, where you can imagine that first toast shared with loved ones as laughter carries through the warm air.

Having raised their children here at Thatcher Farms, Dana brings a deeply personal touch to every celebration. From the way the barn welcomes the light to the thoughtful design of the surrounding acres, her love for creating an unforgettable guest experience is woven into every corner. Many of our couples meet Dana during their first visit, where her warmth and passion help bring their vision to life.

Guiding each couple along the journey is Tara, our Venue Manager, who ensures every step feels seamless and thoughtfully considered. From your very first inquiry to the final moments before you walk down the aisle, she is there with care, clarity, and an eye for detail.
