We are sad to announce that, due to fiscal constraints, for the first time since 2012, there will be no Strongman competition this year at Regina Canada Day.
We, and all the attended athletes from all over the country, greatly appreciate all the messages, comments and queries from Strongman fans! We love that 100s and 100s of you make the trip to the park to watch and cheer every year!
We appreciate you!

The penultimate event for Regina Canada Day, the CAR SQUAT, sponsored by Charan Property Management! Here we are weighing the frame this Mini Cooper is on and coming to a weight just a touch under 600 lbs !! The athletes will have to take the bar on their back and squat down and up as many times as they can- total leg brutality…Come to Wascana tomorrow and see who can do the most!

Athletes will pick 550lbs in their arms like a baby and walk in a circle as far as possible! Not a favourite of the competitors…. It hurts!
This will be where we see who really wants a real shot at the podium 💪🏼💪🏼

The 3rd event on Regina Canada Day - the infamous Atlas Stones, brought to you by Saskatchewan's Agricultural equipment giant, Young's Equipment Inc. !
These iconic stone globes are a fan favorite- load 5 solid concrete spheres ranging from 280 to almost 400 lbs to neck-high boxes!
Another event that defines strongman champions!

The Second Event this Regina Canada Day- the Mettle Performance Training Centre Circus Dumbbell and Keg Overhead Press!
Thanks to the strongest gym in Regina for pairs of 170lb giant dumbbells and 220 beer kegs full of gravel for the athletes to press, alternating, for as many reps as possible!
Nobody has ever won a Canada's Strongest title with average shoulders.. The winner of this event will be a very good indication of a final podium placing! 💪💪🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
