We're excited to announce that Midoricho Matsuri Bayashi will be performing at Regina Matsuri 2026! 🥁

Traveling all the way from Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan—Regina's official friendship city—Midoricho Matsuri Bayashi is a traditional festival music group dedicated to preserving the lively sounds and spirit of Japanese matsuri festival. Their energetic performances feature traditional taiko drums, flutes, and bells, bringing the vibrant atmosphere of a Japanese summer festival to life.

Don't miss this special opportunity to experience an authentic matsuri performance by our friends from Fujioka as we celebrate the strong friendship between our two cities.
