Woody’s Marathon Training Has Begun — and There’s Still Time to Join!

Training for Woody’s Marathon doesn’t have to be a solo grind. Back again this year is the Red’s Runners in Lacombe training hard and reminding the rest of us just how powerful training with others can be.
🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️

More accountability.
More motivation on the hard days.
More laughs, shared miles, and that “we’re in this together” feeling.

While the training block officially kicked off on January 28, there is plenty of time to jump in — whether you’re chasing a PR, running your first marathon, or somewhere in between. You don’t have to be fast. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up!
