Some Swedish red pea's have been saved and are destined for our seed swap in February!
This was grown from a small packet of seed in a 2x3ft space, the first pods were enjoyed on the plate, and the rest saved to multiply the seed for next year's growing season.
Swedish red pea also known as biskopens or bishops grey, can be eaten young and tender or saved for a dried soup pea. And of course, an heirloom to grow again and again.
What seeds are you saving this year?
