Petit rappel concernant les photos prises lors de La Bataille des Prospecteurs par notre photographe officielle, Sandra Fournier.
Les photos affichées sur son site avec un watermark (logo) sont des aperçus et ne sont pas gratuites. Elles doivent être achetées avant d'être utilisées ou publiées.
Nous avons malheureusement constaté que certaines personnes utilisent maintenant des outils d'intelligence artificielle pour retirer le watermark afin de publier les photos sans les acheter.
Retirer le watermark avec l'IA ne vous donne pas le droit d'utiliser la photo. Les photos demeurent le travail et la propriété de Sandra Fournier et doivent être respectées.
Si vous voyez une photo de l'événement dont le watermark semble avoir été retiré et qui n'a pas été achetée, nous vous invitons à nous le signaler en privé afin que nous puissions faire les vérifications nécessaires.
Sandra investit énormément de temps et d'énergie pour couvrir notre événement et vous offrir de superbes souvenirs. Pour qu'elle puisse continuer à revenir année après année, elle doit pouvoir vendre son travail.

A quick reminder regarding the photos taken at Battle of the Prospectors by our official photographer, Sandra Fournier.
The photos displayed on her website with a watermark (logo) are previews and are not free to use. They must be purchased before being used or posted.
Unfortunately, we have noticed that some people are now using AI tools to remove the watermark in order to post photos without purchasing them.
Removing a watermark with AI does not give you the right to use the photo. The photos remain the work and property of Sandra Fournier, and her work deserves to be respected.
If you see a photo from the event where the watermark appears to have been removed and the photo was not purchased, we encourage you to report it to us privately so we can look into it.
Sandra invests a tremendous amount of time and effort into covering our event and providing riders with great memories. For her to continue coming back year after year, she needs to be able to sell her work.
