North Female Hockey Program

The North Female Hockey Program has officially concluded its operations. While our program has come to an end, we are excited to see a variety of new female hockey initiatives now available in the Prince Albert region.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants who joined us over the years. Your passion and dedication fueled our program’s success and contributed significantly to the advancement of female hockey in our community. Our sincere thanks also go to the countless instructors and Olympic champions who shared their expertise and inspired so many along the way.

A special thank you is owed to our founding committee, whose vision and hard work transformed the idea of an elite all-female hockey camp in northern Saskatchewan into a thriving reality in just a matter of months.

😎 Future Bears Roster/AP Candidate (2010-2014)

Village Sports is proud to announce this year's STIX Female Saskatchewan Summer Camp. This year we will be working with our U18AAA Female coaching staff to shape the event around crucial development, exposure and preparation to set you up for current or future success at the U18AAA level.

The event will be held at the Art Hauser Arena and Pure Athletics on August 24th and 25th.

We will be accepting 15 Forwards - 9 Defence - 3 Goalies for each division.

Come on out and cheer the Mann-Northway Northern Bears today @ 1:00pm at the Art Hauser.

The Bears are sponsoring a clothing drive with all donations going to the YWCA. If you’re unable to attend the game you can still make a clothing donation in the front lobby of the Art Hauser.

The online auction going for our “Team Bruce” jerseys is now open, all the proceeds are going to the Victoria Hospital Foundation and the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan in honour of former team manager, Bruce Vance!

Bidding is now open and will end at 10pm cst on September 30th. Donations are also being accepted online for those who would prefer to donate. The Broda Group & Signature Developments are matching donations up to $10,000!!

The Jersey will be worn during the home opener game on Saturday, September 30th at 7pm at the Art Hauser Centre! We hope to see the community come together and support the Mann-Northway Northern Bears and Bruce Vance!

I hope everyone is having a fun and safe holidays so far. There have been a few inquiries about summer skating sessions. If you are looking, there is the North Female Hockey Program out of Prince Albert elite sessions for 2010 to 2006. As well the all day sessions for U9 U11 U13 divisions. Village Sports now overseas North Female Hockey Program through their sticks program and you’ll have to register on the link below.

STIX Hockey is more than a spring hockey program. We help players find their X-Factor pushing them to achieve and exceed their potential. Our goal when working with young athletes is to create a holistic experience that teaches more than just hockey, ultimately this has a longer lasting impact.
