I see that the crews have been busy getting thing ready to Skate the crescent. Not sure of ice thickness yet. How ever I'm sure an update will be posted soon.

Scraping the ice on the Outlander courtesy of Enns Brothers Ltd. (blade provided by Evan Pepper and Matt Mulvey) today. Sun is shining, only minus 13 and it’s the weekend!!!! Perfect for a skate!

Many folks have been asking about Skating the crescent, the group has been gathering donations and approaching service clubs for funding. How ever at this time we are not sure when they will start with the path. Would have been a great day for a skate. I am sure that they will get it done when they feel it is the right timing to do so. We all look forward to lacing up.
Let's go skating !

Huge shout out to the Portage Lions Club. They have just finnished phase two of the legacy projects that are free indoor activities.
Not only that you can now practice your shot, try out a few sticks or brush up on your goal tending skills in the new shooting gallery! This would not have been made possible with out our partners , Stride Place and PMHA.
