Located at 100 Gore Street East in a building that has stood along the Tay River since 1827, this local dining destination brings together European inspiration and Perth history.

From exceptional wines and artisan cheeses to handcrafted cocktails, seasonal pastas, seafood, premium steaks and shareable plates, everything at 1827 is centred around slowing down, enjoying good food and making time for good company.

The name itself is a nod to the history of the building — and to the idea that some of the best things are worth taking your time for.

Congratulations to Kelsey and the Jazzy’s Brewhaus team on 2 years in business!

Since opening in September 2024, Jazzy’s Brewhaus has quickly become a welcoming spot in Perth to grab a great coffee, enjoy a bite and spend some time with the community.

With locally sourced products, house-made soups, salads and sandwiches, and coffee from Little Victories Coffee Roasters, Jazzy’s Brewhaus is committed to supporting the local economy and the talented farmers, bakers, artists, florists and musicians who make our community so special.

But it’s about more than what’s on the menu. Kelsey has created a genuinely community-minded space, with events and activities that give people a reason to come together, meet new people and have a little fun. From Trivia every Wednesday to the many other events happening throughout the year, there’s always something going on at Jazzy’s!

The Perth Night Market is almost here, and our downtown businesses are getting ready to make it an evening worth staying out for!

On Saturday, September 12, from 5–10 p.m., downtown Perth will come alive with shopping, dining, music, and plenty of reasons to explore. While you're enjoying the market, make sure to step inside our local shops and restaurants too. Here's a little taste of what's waiting for you:

🍬 The Rideau Candy Shoppe will have a cash table with items ranging from $5–$20, candy and caramel- and chocolate-dipped apples, plus special mystery bags with bonus gift cards inside!

🎶 Michael’s Table will have Matt Dickson performing on the patio from 5–10 p.m.

🍂 Miss Penny’s Closet is offering a fall promotion with up to 40% off.

🍽️ Gather is preparing a special small plates menu inspired by street food from around the world.
