Had an amazing time at our 10th annual MLM🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️

So many friends and family turned out for our last formal tournament!!

It was hard to say good bye to 10 years of love, laughter and fun, with so many wonderful golfers, sponsors and volunteers but I am truly grateful for all the great fun and memories that were made in honour of Micheal. Both Alisa and Micheal were with us♥️♥️

I am told that some of Micheal’s friends would like to take over the tournament and keep it going. That would be amazing. I will be there to support, just not in the forefront!!

Thank you to everyone who has made this tournament possible over the last 10 years. It was not only fun and healing, @ but helped raise almost $100,000
for our local communities!

Well, we are now less than two weeks away to the tournament🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to the overwhelming amount of golfers who have signed up for the tournament, as well as the volunteers, sponsors and donators. THANK YOU!!

As our tenth and final tournament we are hoping for the best ever!!

As a reminder, registration is from 10am to 11:30am. Golfers must be in their carts at 11:45 and ready to go.

Please remember to bring cash if you’d like to participate in any of the draws. 50/50, par 3 poker, gift draws, as well as the lotto board draw.

With less than 2 months till the tournament, I just wanted to encourage people to sign up if they are interested, as spots are limited and are filling up fast.

Don’t forget the early bird draws to win back your tournament fee if you register and pay before Sept 1st.
Also, please feel free to pass on the information to any golfers you know that might like to participate!

All proceeds go to local charities and as our last official tournament we are looking for the best ever🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏿‍♀️

So many memories of golfing with you on Shannon Lake and Two Eagles and many other courses. This was our time and I enjoyed it so much.

Well it’s that time of year again where we start preparing for The Micheal Lang Memorial

This year is a special year since it will be the 10th anniversary of the tournament, and after much thought and consideration, it will be the last formal fundraiser.

Our hopes are to continue the tradition of a golf weekend in September to remember Micheal and get together as family and friends to enjoy the sport that Micheal loved so much🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️

Our hearts are full and once again we would like to say thank you for all the support over the years! To date we have raised over $75,000 in donations to charities in our local communities, West Kelowna and Peachland.

We are expecting the tournament will fill quickly being the last one.

We are also taking donations and sponsorships again, in support of local charities. Any help is always appreciated.

Dear golfers, sponsors, and volunteers,

We would like to thank all of you who came out and helped make the 9th Annual MLM an another success.

I think it was the best weather yet and as usual a fun day!

Through donations and funds raised by the 50/50, par 3 poker and raffle, we raised $6000.

This year, we will be donating $500 to the Peachland fire department with the funds our grandson Chase made on the quilt raffle, as well as $1500 to the Peachland wellness center, $1500 to the food bank and will continue to award two Mount Boucherie Students with $1000 each in honour of our children Micheal and Alisa.
We will also donate $1500 to a deserving family for Christmas.

Next year will be the 10th annual MLM and we are planning the biggest celebration yet!!

We have booked the tournament for Sept 12th, 2026.
Please note it will be a week earlier this year as our food venue had been pre booked for a wedding on our usual weekend.

We would like to sincerely thank you all for your support over the last years! We couldn’t have done it without you!
It’s a wonderful way to honour our son and daughter and give back to the community.

We look forward to seeing you next September 12th. So please save the date and watch for early registration. Let’s make it the best year ever!!

Happy Heavenly Birthday Mike🎉🎂💫🏌🏽‍♂️. Hope you’re having the best time celebrating today with, Alisa, grandma and grandpa!! Maybe they even have golf courses up there🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️🏌🏽‍♂️. Whatever it is, just know we love and miss you every day, but just a little more on your birthday🎂♥️🎂

A few more photos and some words of thanks for the wonderful weekend we shared with family and friends for our 9th annual Micheal Lang memorial.

The weather was perfect and I think fun was had by all!!
Some of us were able to golf Shannon Lake golf course on Friday and then of course Two Eagles on Saturday for the big event.

A special thanks to all our golfers, sponsors and donators again this year!! We were able to raise $6000.
We are looking forward to donating two $1000 awards to Mount Boucherie School again in honour of Micheal and Alisa, along with a few other local charities we haven’t quite decided on yet.
