The full schedule for the 16th annual Parrsboro Film Festival is here, and tickets are on sale now.
Our 2026 lineup brings you feature films, documentaries, and shorts, all with an Atlantic Canadian connection.
Friday evening opens with a Gala Reception at the PFF venue, The Hall, located at 44 King Street, Parrsboro. First on the program are two short documentary screenings, followed by the screening of the opening night feature film. After the feature, join us for a Q&A session with producers of the opening night feature. New this year, stay for our afterglow social and connect with fellow film lovers.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2
6:00 PM: Doors Open for Opening Gala Reception
6:45 PM: Welcome and Remarks
7:00 PM: The Baddest Speechwriter of All by Stephen Curry and Ben Proudfoot
7:30 PM: The Last Walt by Walter Forsyth
8:10 PM: Dancing on the Elephant by Lisa Hagen, J. Neill, and J. Smith
9:45 PM: Q&A with Producers Walter Forsyth and Tanya Preyde
10:15 PM: Afterglow - music and mingling with bar service
Saturday starts early with the Short Film Competition and Audience Choice Awards presentations. Afternoon and evening screenings of features and documentary films will be followed by Q&A opportunities.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3

9:25 AM: Short Film Competition, Under 6 and 6 to 20-minutes, and Audience Choice Awards
