We really need some new members to join the board. A number of us will be stepping away over the next year or two, and it would be so helpful to have new parents involved now—learning how things work and having a voice in decisions while there’s still time for a smooth transition. It’s much easier to step into the role when you’ve had the chance to see it in action and have support along the way!
