Spring Planting 🪏

This Planting Night is for youth ages 7-12 years old that like to learn about plants and enjoy getting their hands dirty.

Each participant will be able to bring home the seedling they planted and watch it grow.

Ladies Night Update! We can’t wait for Saturday! 🎀

Please enter through the Community Centre doors. Doors will open at 5PM. Dinner service will begin at 6PM and entertainment following at 8PM. Cocktails will be served all evening long!

This year’s signature cocktails include the Prosecco Pearl and the Maple Cowgirl shot! 🍸🥃

VIP table tickets can be purchased anytime between 5PM and 6PM with the winner being announced before dinner. Silent auction bidding will take place from 5PM to 10:30PM with a brief pause during dinner. Highest bidders will be announced after 10:30PM. All silent auction items will need to be paid for and taken home on Saturday.

Each year, the Sunday night dinner at the Fair is a well-attended and much-loved event — and we’re excited to invite a local group to host it this year.

Ladies Night Update✨

We are overjoyed by the support from the wonderful women in our community! For the third year in a row, we are SOLD OUT! 🤍🖤

That being said, sometimes things happen or plans change. But that’s okay, we have you covered! If you have purchased a table and can no longer attend, contact a committee member and we will refund you for your table.

If you were hoping to purchase a table but didn’t get the chance to, join the waitlist by texting Jessica Cowan at 519-897-0979. The waitlist will be time stamped and it will be first come first served if a table becomes available. The waitlist will remain open until April 7th.

When a table opens up, the first guest on the waitlist will have 24 hours to accept or decline the offer. If time runs out or the first guest declines the table, we will move to the next guest on the waitlist.

2) Add your table to your cart and click “Continue”. Each buyer is only able to purchase one table.

3) Enter all required details including the names of all table guests.

4) Zeffy will ask you to contribute to their 100% free event platform for non-profit organizations. This is not affiliated with the Palmerston Ag. Society or the Ladies’ Night Out. If you do not wish to donate to Zeffy, please choose “other” and 0%. You will not be charged to use the platform if you complete this step.

5) Complete the payment method and click “Buy Tickets.”

6) Check that you have received a confirmation email.
