Thanks for getting the race weekend party started early with us. We were so lucky to be able to gift 9 people from our community with some new kicks.

Catch them at the expo. Also, if you’re heading for bib pickup - might as well be at 10am on Saturday for our shakeout run.

A great evening celebrating the Ottawa run community with a Pop Up!

They came through with some giveaways, we got to meet ‘s Equity, Respect, and Belonging Community Engagement and Outreach Program Lead, Charlie – and it was a beautiful night for a run.

Looking forward to race weekend and all the fun it has to offer. Stay tuned for programming. Dropping tomorrow.

Tuesdays are heating up….. AND

WE’RE BRINGING BACK SUMMER FRIDAYS!

Starting May 29th at 7:30am, you can find us in the AM at BTP City Centre. We head for a 30 min, social pace run and return to coffee on the patio. BYOM (bring your own mug)
