Recognized as Ottawa’s premier whisky festival and one of Canada’s must-attend whisky events, this year promises our biggest celebration yet welcoming over 500 passionate whisky drinkers, collectors, and enthusiasts.
Whisky Wonderland is proudly presented as a daytime festival from 2–7 PM, respecting the valuable time of our partner brands while ensuring attendees can enjoy the full experience and still arrive home safely and at a reasonable hour.
Best of all - there are absolutely no table fees for participating brands. Your only investment is showing up, pouring your best, and sharing your story with an energized, curious crowd.
Whisky Wonderland was proudly founded and organized in Ottawa by The Whisky Explorer, Mike Brisebois - an Ottawa local whose passion for building community and championing premium whisky experiences has made this festival a truly homegrown success story. Having once worked as a brand ambassador in Canada, and having attended nearly every whisky festival across the country, Mike understood exactly what was missing.
When Whisky Wonderland was created, his goal was to maximize the experience for both attendees and brands - designing festivals where everyone feels valued, connected, and inspired. He is also the founder of Canada’s only all-inclusive Whisky Awards, creator of Whisky Camp and The Whisky Explorer Magazine, and a trusted consultant to leading whisky and spirits brands nationwide.
At its heart, Whisky Wonderland is about experience, education, and connection - bringing together top brands and passionate drinkers to explore whisky, wine, spirits, and craft beer in new and exciting ways. From guided tastings to immersive activations, it’s all about engaging Canada’s next generation of enthusiasts.
