A mobility focussed yoga class designed to develop functional movement and strength. The first half of class focuses on mobility-driven movement to build heat, improve posture, and support functional strength. The second half transitions into a deep, restorative stretch to release tension and create space in the body.

Expect intentional movement, breath-led transitions, and a balance of activation and ease. All levels welcome.
