With 1 km of swimming, 31 km of biking and 8.4 km of running, completing the North Bay Triathlon is no easy task. If you’re a beginner, there is the shorter try-a-tri distance or if you would rather skip the swim there is a dualthlon run bike run option. If only one of the three sports appeals to you find two friends and become a team. You can ease your way into the sport. Anyway that you choose to participate you’re sure to get healthy and fit, and have fun doing it!
