Hockey season is right around the corner! 🏒

We all know how fast the cost of everyday life adds up these days. Between skyrocketing equipment prices, ice fees, and just trying to keep the grocery cart filled to feed a growing family, times can be tough for young families in our area.

That’s exactly why we do what we do with the Big John’s Bar Winter Classic.

Every single cent raised through our BJBWC fundraisers stays right here in New Waterford. Your support directly helps get local kids of all ages out on the ice, so no child misses out on playing the game they love simply because of a price tag.

Plus, your generosity goes beyond the rink—we also use our non parishable food item cost of entry to fully stock up our local food pantries just in time for the holiday season to help relieve some of that pressure for families at home. ❤️

This September 11th, our El Presidente, Brad, would have been turning 64. To honor his memory and legacy, we’re hosting another Split the Pot Draw—we want to make Year 10 our best year yet! 🍻

All proceeds from this draw will go directly to supporting New Waterford Minor Hockey.
