SCAM & FRAUD ALERT!

Vancouver Island Markets and Makers are being targeted by a group of email scammers & fraudsters. They are pretending to be a Market that you have attended in the past. They make the assumption you are going to attend again and send a fraudulent request for booth payment.

PLEASE be super diligent. PLEASE do not send money unless you are 100% certain the request is legitimate. DO NOT engage with these emails.

Reach out to the official Market Organizer at their official contact email if you are unsure. Especially if the correspondence seems slightly off.

Please share this information with every Maker you know. Let's spread the word and keep everyone aware!
