It’s been a whirlwind of a week here in Morell. We wrapped things up today with our River Run Duck Race during Sidney’s Strawberry Social - SO tasty! - and lots of people came out for the race in less than favourable conditions. 🍓🍰🍦☔️🐥

Congratulations to Morell River Management Cooperative & Mooney's Pond Centre celebrating 50 years of Morell’s historic greenbelt legislation 💦🥳💦, and for their help corralling any stray ducks trying to make a mad dash for freedom! 🛶🛶🛶

Congratulations to the winner of $1000 cash prize at this year’s Great River Run Duck Race, Duck #181, Lorna Ansems, and the $250 “Lucky Duck” prize, Duck #236, Elise Perryman! 💰🍀🐥

Congrats as well to this year’s 50/50 winner, Cindy MacEwen, who won $165 with ticket # 1467775. 🎟️💲
