A look back at our two days in Montreal and Toronto dedicated to D.O. CAVA Bootcamps 🥂

These days offered an in-depth exploration of indigenous grape varieties and of the classification of D.O. CAVA, led by Michelle Bouffard and Judith Manero, Communications Manager of D.O. CAVA. The program included masterclasses, blind tastings, a discussion panel, as well as a sunny outdoor buffet paired with CAVA, blessed with the Canadian sun.

A knowledge test granted the winners a spot at the Cava Academy, an immersive journey into Cava production, tasting, and appellation expertise. ✨
