Comment bâtir un collectif musical qui dure?

Joignez-vous aux fondateurs de certains des collectifs les plus influents de Montréal pour une discussion franche sur ce qu’il faut réellement pour bâtir et faire grandir une communauté. Nous aborderons les défis, la création d’une marque, les finances, les aspects juridiques, les partenariats, l’épuisement professionnel, ainsi que des conseils pratiques pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent lancer ou développer leur propre collectif.

⚠️ En raison d’un imprévu, Martin Chartrand ne pourra malheureusement plus être des nôtres. Nous sommes toutefois ravis d’accueillir Salim Hammami, fondateur d’Ambitieuses Productions (Drop In Bass & Unfaced), qui se joindra à la discussion. La table ronde sera animée par Max Honigmann, figure clé des politiques de la vie nocturne chez MTL 24/24 et proche collaborateur de Martin. Nous sommes entre de bonnes mains!

Join the founders behind some of Montréal’s leading collectives for an honest conversation about what it really takes to build and grow a community. We’ll discuss the ups and downs, building a brand, finances, legal responsibilities, partnerships, burnout, and practical advice for anyone looking to start—or grow—a collective.

⚠️ Due to unforeseen circumstances, Martin Chartrand is unfortunately no longer able to join us. We’re excited to welcome Salim Hammami, founder of Ambitieuses Productions (Drop In Bass & Unfaced), to the panel. The discussion will now be moderated by Max Honigmann, a key figure in nightlife policy at MTL 24/24 and one of Martin’s closest collaborators. We’re in great hands!

Women shaping the future of music, art, entrepreneurship and creative industries take centre stage at W x W.

Presented by Riche Talent x Beatport, the evening will bring together an inspiring industry panel, live DJ sets by K-HAW and VLOUUE, and a live painting performance by Zoe Dedes.

The artwork created during the event will be auctioned, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Women’s Y Foundation of Montréal (YWCA) and its essential community initiatives!
