Trail running, but make it a learning experience 🏔️🥾✨

We had so much fun teaming up with for a trail running workshop all about how to properly fuel, hydrate, prepare, and put all the pieces together for a great day on the trails 🌲💧🍌

So happy to have brought together such a fun group of runners at the MEC store in Montréal before heading out for a run together 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Big thank you to everyone who came out and to MEC for having us! 🤍
