Great news - Drake Jensen will be performing during the convention brunch! Drake is known as a man on a mission to bridge the gap between the LGBTQ Community and Country Music. He’s also a fan favourite at Canadian IAGSDC conventions. This promises to be a fantastic show - see you there!

The memorial panels are displayed each year at convention to honour our lost square dance friends and family. The IAGSDC’s history wiki page has full details about this important project. The memorial panels will be displayed in Salon 4/5 on the second floor this year. If you're a club leader and you plan to pin a dancer's badge this convention, remember to schedule it at montrealmix2026.com/memorial.

Want to recognize someone who's gone above and beyond? Consider recognizing their contributions with a kind word in the convention program booklet!
Convention booklets are referred to throughout convention, and include convention floor plans, dance schedules and advertisements from local businesses and restaurants. They are a great place to advertise your services, or promote your business, club or fly-in. Conventions need lots of volunteers to be successful. Please use our Volunteers page form (montrealmix2026.com/volunteers) to sign up if you can spare the time. Some of the volunteer opportunities available:
• Welcome desk and merchandise sales
• Zone monitors
• Special events (banquet setup, ushers, monitors)
• Club photo attendants
• H***y Tonk Queen contestants
