Since 2003 the Montreal International Tango Festival has honored the music, dance and poetry of tango in Montreal. Each year, argentine tango masters, dancers and musicians alike, gather along with amateurs from all around the world for the pleasure of Montrealers. They present a rich program which comprises master classes, concerts, shows and dancing evenings, also known as milongas. Depuis 2003,

Il réunit, chaque année, les grands maîtres du tango argentin, danseurs et musiciens,les amateurs de tango venus des quatre coins de la planète et le grand public montréalais autour d’une programmation complète qui allie ateliers de formation, concerts, démonstrations et soirées de danses.
