To all our Greek Canadian film directors, actors, writers...look what our friends in the USA are planning. LAGFF and the team behind Aris have given us the very best in greek cinema for 20 yrs!! If you are free...try to attend this 3 day event.

Our big anniversary is officially announced June 1-7, 2026. We are thrilled to become 20 years-old! At LAGFF 2026 you will enjoy theatrical screenings of new works by Greek filmmakers worldwide at central Los Angeles theaters; culturally diverse programming; Discovery Days film project presentations; informational panels, talks, red-carpet events, and more. Save the date and plan to meet us there in June!

The inaugural documentary 3-day festival LAGFF-doc will precede LAGFF 2026 January 30 - February 1, 2026, where the focus will be solely on documentaries by Greek filmmakers. More information coming up!

We’re closing out the 11th Montreal Greek Film Festival with something brand new!
Join us for a very special evening celebrating homegrown talent. The $25 ticket price includes free parking, a pre-show reception at 5:30 PM, and the screenings at 6 PM followed by a Q&A at 7:15 PM.

🎬 Ghosted MD — written by and starring Nafsika Antypas, TV host, executive producer, actress, writer, and entrepreneur.

🎬 After — directed by Zane Page returning to MGFF with his latest short film, already honored with five awards and 2 nominations

🎬 Empty Soul (Άδεια Ψυχή) — crafted by our youngest filmmaker, Andreana Theodoropoulos, currently completing her BA in Film Production at Concordia. Impressively, she produced this film in her first year of study.

🎬 Big City — from director/producer/actor Kaliotzakis, a film that earned a screening at the prestigious Fantasia Film Festival in 2024.
