A special Ego Games event for Le Defi Canderel.
This event raised $1.2 million for cancer. So proud to have the Ego Games involved.

What a GREAT event. on this 25th anniversay of le defi, this event raised 1.2 million dollars for Cancer research.

I hope to see you all there tomorrow. This event is ALL for charity and we did an AMAZING job in raising over $1,000,000.00 for cancer!!

We need voluteers to help THIS Thursday at McGill University for the EGO Games event between 09:30AM and 2PM. Please let us know if you are available.

SOLD OUT EGO Games event
Max out capacity of 750 participants

Volunteers needed...IF you are available, please let us know :-)

On May 08, 2014, The EGO Games will be joining in on 25th anniversary of Le Defi Canderel to raise 1 MILLION dollars for cancer research.

This event MAXED OUT with 750 participants!!

However, we need volunteers to help judge/aid the EGO Games portion of le Defi. If you have fitness experience, that is an asset. However, you can be taught what to look for as well.

Help us make this million dollar day a wonderful EGO experience for all participants :-)

Here are 2 x 12 inch boxes, commonly used as a protocol height for box jumps (24 inches).
For my challenge, I am doing explosive plyometric push-ups onto 4 x 24" boxes
