The Artisans Waterfront Market is worth finding. It’s absolutely beautiful inside!!

**DETOUR**
There's some exciting construction happening on Station Street in Montague. A new pathway is being created to allow access to Station Street from Sackville Street.
If you are visiting the Artisans Waterfront Market Monday - Friday, you will need to take a small detour to get to us. Instead of taking Station Street, you'll need to take Queens Road, Central Street or Brook Street and then turn (R) onto Patrick Street. We are located at the bottom of Patrick Street, near to the Confederation Trail in Montague.
If you are visiting us on Saturday or Sunday, you can drive along Station Street directly to Artisans Waterfront Market.
The construction should be finished by the end of June, but for now, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’ll be open for the season tomorrow (Saturday)!

Tomorrow is the big day!
Artisans Waterfront Market will open for the 2026 season!
We are located in the old train station at 1 Station Road with a beautiful view of the Montague waterfront.
Be prepared for a fantastic array of unique items made by Prince Edward Island artisans. You'll find pottery, paintings, photography, quilts, knitwear, woodworking, artisanal preserves, soaps, books, rug hookings, sculptures, sketches, handbags, beach bags, jewelry, felted pieces, braided rugs, folk art and more!
Our hours of operation will be:
Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sundays 12pm - 5pm.

I had an interesting and very knowledgeable group from Taiwan tour our woodlot today. These folks are involved in tree planting back in Taiwan but not in the way we plant here. They are planning and developing ways to plant trees in very difficult situations, including sandy soils along the coast. I was very I’m impressed how well they knew many of our native species. We covered most of our woodlot as I explained some of the things that we do. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. 🌲🌳 🇨🇦 🇹🇼
