Last night’s Basque Celebration event in support of ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia filled our hearts (and stomachs!) 💜

Featuring stunning Pintxos displays evoking the style of the San Sebastián bar-hopping culture prepared by a dream team of culinary experts, incredible local w**es from MAGNETIC HILL WINERY & Loose Wire W**ery (thanks Zach & team!), vibrant flamenco guitar by André Saulnier, and 91.9 The Bend on scene 💃🏻✨

This is a cause near and dear to us as well as our neighbours downstairs at Dolma. We can’t begin to express our gratitude for your love and support.

👨‍🍳 Interactive schnitzel masterclass with Chef Maddy:
- Learn proper knife sharpening technique
- Break down pork tenderloin
- Pound, prepare, and dress your schnitzel

Reflecting on the past few days, we are so grateful for the spaces created and the people who brought us together. A massive thank you to:

📚 Silent Book Club - Moncton NB - for proving that literature, quiet connection, and shared passion can unite the most diverse groups of people.

👑 Our incredible local drag queens from the “Icon Experience” event! Hosted by the fabulous Rose Beef & Equi Knox - The talent, the energy, and the outfits were unmatched!
