As we get ready for Challenge Cup 2025, here are a few of last year’s team locker-room photos!

All teams shown here participated in Challenge Cup 2024 and are returning again this year.
We’re excited to photograph your teams again and create new memories at the Greenfoot Energy 4-Plex.

We are now accepting pre-orders for the services below.
This helps us schedule properly and keep everything running smoothly.

🔥 Whole Team Action Shots – $170
We aim to photograph every player over two periods.

💳 Prepayment Required
To secure your team’s action coverage, please send an e-transfer to:

Prepayment guarantees that your team is scheduled and that we have the time needed to cover everyone on the ice.

📂 Delivery
All action photos will be delivered by Google Drive link within one week after the tournament.

Remaining action-shot requests can only be scheduled in person at our photo desk at the Greenfoot Energy 4-Plex.

🏒📸 Challenge Cup Tournament – Photo Schedule

Here’s our team locker-room photo schedule for Challenge Cup 2025 organized by division.
Please have your teams ready 20 minutes before your scheduled time — fully dressed, no helmets, gloves, or sticks.
The photographer will guide the setup in each locker room.
🖼️ We will set up the team along the long-side wall. Helmets could be hung on the wall.
Please do not clean or remove items from the bench or wall — we want to keep a realistic locker-room look.
Move only the bags away from the bench. The photographer will handle the setup.

Photographer on the bench for 2 periods. Photos taken randomly across roster, aiming to cover all players. The photographer will stay out of team’s flow & focus. We guarantee 150+ action photos
