🌟 Thank You for 11 Incredible Years of Rotary Ribfest! 🌟
After more than a decade of smoky grills, community laughter, and amazing memories, the Rotary Club of Moncton West & Riverview has made the difficult decision to retire Rotary Ribfest.
This decision comes after thoughtful reflection on the event’s sustainability — with volunteer demands and costs increasing while returns have declined. Ribfest has been an incredible success story, raising funds that have supported vital community projects and bringing people together in true Rotary spirit.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our partner in the City of Moncton, sponsors, Ribbers, volunteers, and everyone who joined us year after year. You made Rotary Ribfest a signature event our community will always remember. While Rotary will not be carrying on with the event, we are happy to share that although the tradition may take a different form, the mouthwatering ribs, bibs, and trophies are here to stay. The City of Moncton and the Ribbers are diligently working on plans to continue Ribfest on the same weekend, with more details to be shared in the coming months.
Rotary’s commitment to service remains strong, and we look forward to new ways to bring people together and make a difference.
