The cost of this event will be fully covered for my clients, but for others who wish to attend, tickets will be sold at a discounted rate. • Live preparation of pilaf by specialists from Tashkent
• Musical trio "Two Families"
• Dry ice and nitrogen liquid show with ice cream
• Creative Workshop Zone – i.e. DIY jewelry, crafts for children
• Sports games and competitions – i.e. volleyball, yoga
• A beautiful private park where you can just walk around, sit, and take pictures by the river
• The park has restrooms and a bar where you can buy alcoholic beverages
• Our enthusiastic party host, Yana Peregudina
• We will have a tent with 37 picnic tables where you can take shelter in case of bad weather or heat
• Photo booth where you can get a complimentary family photo as a souvenir to remember all the fun you had!
Entry is by tickets or individual invitation. Please note, tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance and will not be sold at the door.
Tickets: Adults: $25, Children: $10, Children under 3 years old: free.
Tickets can be purchased by contacting Victoria at 416-315-4245. Payments can also be transferred to this number. At the park entrance, you will be given a wristband if you are on the list.

👉Rent Increase Guideline 2024👈

The Ontario Government has set the rent increase guideline at 2.5% as of January 1, 2024.

This is the maximum amount a landlord can increase rent for a current tenant, if at least 12 months have passed since the tenancy began. A landlord must provide 90 days’ written notice to tenants before enforcing the rent increase. This guideline does not apply if you are renting to new tenants or those not covered by the Residential Tenancies Act. New buildings, additions to existing buildings and most new basement apartments that are occupied for the first time for residential purposes after November 15, 2018 are also exempt from rent control.
