▼⁠・ Construction crews in Madison, Wisconsin moving an apartment complex from 438 West Dayton Street to 521 West Mifflin Street. A massive project captured by Obie - the talented WI Photographer at .vii_photography on Instagram.▼⁠・This is the heaviest building to ever be moved in the city of Madison. Unfortunately the crews had to remove trees to make a tight turn out of the original foundation. •

ᴥ Be an untethered force of light for the men in your lives. ᴥ
Thankfully more and more we are talking about mental health and unraveling the grip the stigma that is associated with emotional health.

Mental and emotional wellness is woven into the human experience. No one is exempt from life events that cause trauma throughout our lifetimes.

ᴥ When we lift the veil of our hurts, triggers, pain, scars and allow someone to see all sides of you and they not only stick around but allow the space for you to share and feel safe doing so - that's higher vibe healing in action! ᴥ

It starts with teaching our children that it is normal to have feelings and emotions, & that expression is safe. You are seen, heard and supported.

ᴥ Once it was the norm to tell our boys → suck it up, because real men don't cry.
Evolving awareness now points ➜ us in the direction to teach our little boys that →→ Real men DO cry! We are multi-dimensional beings and to feel what you need to feel is the way through the storms. ᴥ

ᴥ Expression gives depth to your life purpose. Builds your character and allows for - true concrete connection - which will anchor you amidst any chaos.

and it is always the TRUTH. The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.
❥⁠ To say NOTHING is to say something.

It is time that I speak up, speak out and advocate for myself and anyone who is facing the aftermath of trying to rebuild your life after being terrorized by aggressive, violent and proudly self-serving people in the workplace.

This experience wasn't just an uncomfortable " locker room " office environment. What happened while working for the two people holding my hands in this photo has CHANGED my life.

The energy invested in trying to resolve agreements privately with this company, I subcontracted for has failed. I choose to resign and

❥ Acceptance.
I have lost so much, and have gained a lifetime of soul growth.
For that, I'm very grateful.
Standing up for MYSELF against intimating, terrorizing and abusive people is very BRAVE.
My kindness and my silence has expired for the two partners of CCE who utilized my loyalty and dedication up until the very day I resigned.
