Decimate Metalfest ALL AGES is back at the Millet Agriplex Arena in Millet, AB (40k South of Edmonton), on June 26th and 27th, 2026! 🤘

All ages and all walks of life are always welcome! DECIMATE METALFEST is the brainchild of Sloan Voxx of Voxx Promotions, which is destined to become an annual Canadian metal pilgrimage to Alberta, Canada. With the many yearly festivals becoming part of the national metal heritage, Sloan wants DECIMATE METALFEST to become one of the best-known events alongside the various festivals located within Alberta, and Western Canada. With Voxx Promos booking and promotional experience, and the support of metalheads internationally, there is nothing to stop them from reaching their goal of bringing in the masses and putting on incredible metal festivals for years to come! DECIMATE METALFEST promises to be bigger and better than the executed festival next year and its pending lineup will certainly not disappoint. Festival organizer Sloan Voxx comments:

“We are so excited to be embarking on the adventure of starting our very own Metal Festival! We’ve been very fortunate to have worked with so many incredible people and bands in the past and we value them so much. What better way to spend a weekend than to bring them all together for 3 days of epic music and entertainment! We have a great team on board and we can’t wait to get this fest off the ground with the help of seasoned and up-an-coming metal bands of all kinds! DECIMATE!”

Now let's take it a step further. Show us what happens when you hit the stage!

There's something different about seeing a performer in their element. The energy. The connection. The moments that make a live performance yours.

And this one's for ALL performers. Bands, solo artists, drag, dance, comedy, magic and everything in between. Send us footage of what you do!

Alright musicians, this one's for you!

This one should probably go without saying, but yes... we've actually received submissions with no music links. 😂

We genuinely want to hear what you've got! YouTube, Bandcamp, Spotify, whatever you use. Send us the links, or throw everything into a Linktree and give us one place to find it.

New band or artist with nothing officially released yet? That's okay! Send us a demo, a recording of you jamming, whatever you've got. It doesn't need to be polished. We just need SOMETHING we can listen to!

We love going down the rabbit hole. We just don't want to have to search for the entrance.

Save us the microscope and tweezers. Just send it!

We go through a LOT of submissions, and sometimes it's the little things that stick with us.

Your bio tells us what you've done. We want to know what we won't find in your EPK. What are you working toward? What's happening in your world? What's something we should know?

Not much of a writer? Send us a video! Grab your phone, hit record and introduce yourselves. It doesn't need to be fancy. We want real, not perfect.

You never know what story, detail or random little thing is going to make us stop and remember you.

Skip the perfect pitch. Give us something to remember!

The best way to get our attention? Show us who you actually are. Want to stand out? Start by being unapologetically you.

Your sound. Your story. Your personality. Your live show. The weird s**t that makes you different. Whatever makes what you do yours, own it.

Every artist brings something different to the Decimate stage, and that's exactly how we like it.

DMF 2027 PERFORMER SUBMISSIONS OPEN SEPTEMBER 15!

You’ll have ONE MONTH to get those submissions in before they close October 15.

So update the bio, dust off the press kit, make sure your drummer knows what year it is... you know, the usual. 😂
