Sugar makers are not busy just two months of the year they are working constantly preparing for the next harvest.:sugar bush management, repairing lines, cleaning all the equipment, repairs of equipment , making firewood, cleaning and repairing the sugar shack, selling and marketing the maple 🍁 syrup.
But through it all we are a happy gang of sweet people.
