If you’ve ever picked up one of our bouquets at Kimberley Café, you already know we’re big fans of what they do there. 🌼

So we thought it was pretty fun that we’re both hosting vendor markets on the same Saturday, September 19, and we’re only about 20 minutes apart by some very pretty country roads.

Come wander the farm, shop our vendors, then head over to Kimberley Café for their market, or start in Kimberley and make your way to us.
Two rural markets, lots of local makers, and a gorgeous drive in between. Sounds like a pretty good Saturday to us. 😊

Might be too short, past its prime by a day or two, or hidden by a more lush bossy one but when you find a Dahlia that makes you say
“ oh my, aren’t you a beauty”
You save it for yourself … to remind you why you love ( dig up, store,plant, baby) those dam flowers 🧡💛🩷❤️

Got some big flower things happening here this weekend but the SHED will open tomorrow with lots of beauties.

and on another note… how many stages does it take to get my peony bed ready?? 3…. First we covered the grass to kill it, then we burnt what was left, then it was rototilled…until soft

next it will be treated to help rid us of those pesky farm weeds, then turned over and compost, etc added before being covered again to await my new peony roots coming this fall. Just like most things… it’s the prep that counts. And just like most things that prep is the hardest part.
