I am so excited to introduce a new class I've created! Let's feel and release emotions in a powerful way together! Conscious singing involves really tuning into the melody and lyrics of a song, singing with intention to FEEL and then RELEASE the emotions that arise. Singing in a group, in a loving and safe space, creates a more welcoming experience. No need to be a professional singer! I'm not! We all have a voice, let yours be heard so you can heal.
