Today marked the culmination of our band sessions, featuring outstanding performances from all participants. Well done to everyone involved. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our adjudicator, Stacey Mortenson-Spokes, for her expert guidance and kind words throughout the week. This evening marked the first of four voice sessions scheduled for this week. We offer our congratulations to these talented young ladies on their exceptional performances. Many of these ladies have previously showcased their skills at the festival and we are thrilled to have them participating once again - we also had the opportunity to welcome some new competitors tonight. Tomorrow afternoon, we invite you to join us at Evangelical Free Church at 1:00pm for an engaging voice and speech arts session, featuring debut performances from our voice students under the age of ten, as well as performances from our intermediate singers.

Piano sessions began today and will run throughout the week. Congratulations to all performers on their outstanding performances. Your decision to share your musical talents and showcase your hard work is appreciated- many of these kids performed for in their first festival today! Today, Carpenter High School Theatre was alive with music, hosting a diverse range of excellent performances. The day was filled with concert band music, highlighting the incredible talents of school bands from Pierceland, Goodsoil, Gateway, Jonas Samson, and Carpenter. After the school bands performed, the afternoon program included duets, trios, and a percussion ensemble! The evening drew to a close with solos and a performance by the Meadow Lake New Horizons Community Band. Kudos to all of the performers for an unforgettable musical experience!
